We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can enjoy skating safely.

[Admission]

• Available for those aged 3 and over.
• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the building.
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue (except for assistance dogs for the disabled).
• Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry, and bringing in alcoholic beverages will be denied entry.
• We may refuse entry to anyone who interferes with the smooth use of the facility by other users or who we deem inappropriate.
• If you are entering to view the exhibit, please receive a viewing pass at the front desk and wear it around your neck while using the facility.
• Please hold the ticket purchased from the ticket machine or the QR code on your online ticket over the reception terminal to enter.
• If you present your disability certificate or Mirairo ID (see Note 1) at the reception, you and up to one accompanying person (see Note 1) will be admitted free of charge.

(Note 1) Eligible disability certificates

• Physical disability certificate based on the Welfare of the Physically Disabled Act (Act No. 24 of 283)
• A love notebook issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or a rehabilitation notebook issued by a prefecture
• Mental Health and Welfare Handbook for People with Mental Disabilities based on the Act on Mental Health and Welfare of the Mentally Disabled (Act No. 25 of 123)

(Note 2) About accompanying persons

• The purpose of an "escort" is to ensure the safety of the person presenting the certificate, and they are not permitted to use the facilities for their own purposes.
• If multiple attendants are required due to the severity of the disability, please contact us.

[About the skating]

• When skiing, be sure to wear gloves that are thick enough to cover and protect your hands all the way down to your fingertips.
  *Also available for sale for 330 yen (tax included).
• Infants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (up to two infants per parent or guardian).
  *Guardians refer to people aged 18 or over.
• Please wear long sleeves and long pants when skiing.
• Please refrain from entering the ice in anything other than skates.

<For your safety when skating>

• Do some warm-up exercises before you start skating.
• Please make large left turns when skiing. Please refrain from going the wrong way, going across, or crossing the slopes.
• The area around the fence and approximately 2m from the fence is a priority area for beginners. Please refrain from stopping or blocking the path.
• Staff may speak to you directly, but please be sure to follow any instructions or directions given (you may be asked to leave if you do not follow these instructions).
• If you experience injury or trouble due to skiing beyond your skill level, please deal with the situation yourself.
• Advanced skating practice such as jumps, spins, and twizzles

  • It is always available on weekdays.
  • On weekends and holidays, the service is only available at certain times depending on the congestion situation.
    *In either case, please be aware that we may restrict use at our discretion depending on safety and usage conditions.
  • If there is a circle of colored cones in the center, you can exercise within that circle.

• We strictly prohibit lessons (whether paid or unpaid) at our facility.

[About rental equipment]

• For beginners, we strongly recommend using the helmets and protectors available for free rental at the rinkside.
• There are two types of rental skates: figure skates and hockey skates.
• Rental shoe sizes are 15cm to 30cm for figure skating and 20cm to 30cm for hockey.
• Shoe rental is self-service.
  1. Just like with your admission ticket, hold the QR code over the reception terminal and pick up your rental shoes yourself.
  2. As the path to the rink is long, please be sure to carry your shoes in the designated bag from the shoe rental area to the rink.
  3. After use, please wipe the edges of your rental shoes with the provided towel and return them to their original location.
  4. When borrowing or returning rental shoes, please be careful not to drop them and get injured.
  5. For information about double runners (two blades) and ice hockey shoes, please ask a member of staff nearby.

<About rental sleds>

• Please ask the rinkside staff for assistance.
• The usage fee is 1 minutes per session (rentals are per session, extensions are possible)
• This sled is suitable for children aged 3 and over.
• Passengers do not need to be wearing skates to ride the ride. (Please do not put your feet on the ice with shoes on.)
• Depending on the congestion situation, restrictions may be placed on lending.

• If you are injured or not feeling well, please inform a member of staff nearby.
• If you are injured, first aid will be provided at the facility, but you will be responsible for any subsequent treatment.
• We will not be held responsible for injuries or other accidents unless the cause is attributable to the facility. The same applies to troubles between customers.
• You may have snacks and drinks on the rink side, but please be careful not to spill or cause a nuisance to other customers with odors.
• Harassment and nuisance behavior is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you may be asked to leave the venue.

<About private lessons>

• If you would like to take lessons, please use the programs offered by our coaches.
• Please refrain from prolonged conversations or giving instructions on the rink, as this may be considered a lesson.
• At our facility, we are currently unable to practice specialized techniques such as jumps and spins.

<Weather and disaster response>

• If a storm warning or emergency warning is issued, the facility may be temporarily closed to ensure safety.
• Please check the facility's website for the latest information, such as business hours.

1. Entry and Exit

• You can enter 30 minutes before the start of use, and you must leave within 45 minutes after the end.
• The entrance will be the north main entrance all day. (This does not apply if the organizer designates a separate entrance route during a match or tournament.)
• During the nighttime hours, the entrance may be locked after you enter. Please inform the reception of your group name and make sure to enter only when all members are present.

2. Changing rooms and lockers

• For groups using the main rink, the representative will be informed of the changing room locker category (A or B) for the day at reception.
• If the representative is absent, we will inform the representative, so please make sure that the representative or representative informs all members within the organization.
• When using the facility for an extended period of time for official matches or tournaments, the organizer may change the allocation of locker areas, including those for men and women, at their discretion, in accordance with the rules for entry and exit times.
• The last person in the group must inform the reception desk.
• To prevent leaving anything behind, the representative or representative must check the changing rooms and lockers.
• The lockers available are as follows:
  • Lockers with combination lockers: Available, but numbers are limited.
  • List key lockers: Please be careful not to lose your key when using them.
• Please take your trash home with you.
• For security reasons, the changing room entrance doors will not be locked when used outside of tournaments.

3. Usage hours and equipment

• The rental time includes preparation and cleanup.
• Rink-side equipment must be set up and removed within the usage hours.
• When preparing the ice, please remove all items from the ice and fence.
• Equipment (hockey goals, sound equipment, timers, etc.) must be requested and paid for at the reception desk on the day.
• Please be sure to return the items to their designated locations after use. If any items are damaged or lost, you may be charged the actual cost.

4. Facility usage fees

• ① Confirming your reservation
  • Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is made within one week of your winning.
  • Please pay the deposit (10% of the facility fee) within one week and the remaining balance within one month.
  • Bank transfer fees will be borne by the user. You may pay the full amount in one lump sum within one week.
  • The only payment required in advance is the facility usage fee.
• ② Regarding bank transfer details
  • Please use the following name for the transfer: User ID + Organization Name (e.g., "2 Central Sports")
  • Even if you are the same representative, please make separate payments for each winning user ID.
• ③ Cancellation
  • If you are forced to cancel after winning, you can do so from your My Page on the reservation system within one week before payment.
  • Cancellations before a reservation is confirmed will not be penalized.
  • Please be sure to cancel any slots you do not use.
• Cash payments for facility usage fees cannot be accepted at the counter.
• If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, the reserved slot will be cancelled.

5. Manners and Prohibited Items

• Entry under the influence of alcohol or bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Please refrain from making noise, holding gatherings, leaving luggage unattended, or otherwise obstructing the flow of other users or neighboring facilities.
• Please refrain from changing clothes on the side of the rink.
• The use of hockey sticks and pucks outside of the ice is strictly prohibited.
• Please be sure to follow the instructions and guidance of our facility staff. Failure to do so may result in you being refused future use of the facility.
• After use, the representative or agent must check for any lost items and pick up any trash.
